遼源市長江膠管有限公司改組成立于1998年，是河道、海港挖泥船用排吸泥膠管的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)單位，是一家新型民營企業(yè)。主要產(chǎn)品有鋼法蘭式排吸泥膠管，自浮式排泥膠管，浮體3大類29個品種，企業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品泥龍簾布排吸泥膠管被吉林省政府先后評定為省級優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，民營企業(yè)品牌產(chǎn)品。本產(chǎn)品商標(biāo)為“成江”，公司于2003年8月通過了IS09001：2000質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。企業(yè)年生產(chǎn)排吸泥膠管10萬標(biāo)米。產(chǎn)品供銷上海、南京、湖南、廣東、天津、武漢等幾個航道局，以及各大疏浚公司，還出口到臺灣、印度，日本等一些國家。
公司占地面積36000平方米、建筑面積7400平方米，總資產(chǎn)3000萬元，其中廠房，設(shè)備，土地所有權(quán)等固定資產(chǎn)2200萬元，流動資金 800萬元，銀行信用等級：AAA，現(xiàn)有職工120人，其中：工程技術(shù)人員25人。每年實現(xiàn)銷售額6000 萬元左右，為城市利稅大戶。

Liaoyuan Yangtze River Rubber Hoses Co.,Ltd is founded in 1998,it is a new-type private enterprise to produce mud drining and drawing rubber hoses for dredgers. It’s main products are 3 kinds (Steel Flange Form hoses, Self-floating Form hoses and Floating Body) with 29 items. The leading product nylon wrie fabric mud drining and drawing hoses were appraised as Provincial high-quality products by Jilin provincial government and the Brand Products of Private enterprises. The trademark is “Chengjiang” , it has obtained ISO9001:Version 2000 Quality Control System Accreditation.
The annual hoses producing capacity is about 100 thousands metres long. The products have been sold to over 10 Waterway Bureaus, including Shanghai,Tianjin,Wuhan,Nanjing and Guangdong,etc, meanwhile to many regions or countries such as Taiwan, India, and Japan .
The Factory covers an area of 36,000 square metres with building area of 7,400 square metres. The total assets is 30 million yuan, among them there is 22 million yuan fixer assets of buildings, equipment and land property right,etc. And circulating fund is 8 million yuan. The Bank Credit Level is AAA. There are 120 employees ,including 25 senior Engineers,5 technicians and 70 skillful workers. The annual sale volume is about 60 million yuan.
